If you decide to open a Plastic Card you need to go to any Branch of our Bank with your Passport. The Card will be issued within 3 days. In urgent case Cards may be issued even within one day, after which you can use it. Fee for issuing a Card are to be collected according to the Bank's Tariffs.

Calculation of deposits to be placed is carried out as follows:

(Deposit amount * interest rate)/365 * number of days of the funds in the deposit.

Pursuant to article 764 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
Interest on the amount of bank deposit is accrued from the day following the day of its receipt to the bank, on the day preceding its return to the depositor or its writing off the depositor’s account for other reasons.
Interest is not accrued during the time when bank could not use the funds available on the account due to attachment of depositor’s account.

There are daily transfer limits for outgoing SWIFT money transfers made by individuals in the amount of UZS 100,000,000 (equivalent to ~ USD 9,000) at a time. The commission for a money transfer through this system is 0.5% of the transaction amount (at least UZS 100,000 ~ USD 10, but not more than 20 reference calculation value (RCV), 1 RCV is UZS 300,000) + commission of the intermediary bank (in case of USD, it is at least USD10, in case of other currencies, it is charged in accordance with the statement of the Correspondent Bank).
At the moment, SWIFT transfers can be also made in USD and RUB only.

Acceptance and transfer of a key with an Electronic Digital Signature (EDS); contract, application, EDS acceptance and transfer certificate are drawn up by the bank, in the corporate client department.Employee of the department sends the document to the IT department. After a certain time, employee of the IT department activates the IBK service and transfers the data and the key directly to the client or his/her representative upon presentation of a passport, rights or a power of attorney.

Electronic digital signature is necessary for signing and sending documents to the bank. If these functions are not needed for the user, then there is no need for the key.

Esteemed Client, you have to go to our Bank Branch that will issue the Card for you. The secondary issue is possible within one operational day. It costs according to the Tariffs.

  1. For the operation in the System, the Client should have a personal computer with Microsoft software installed on it
  2. Operating system: Microsoft Windows 7/8/10
  3. Internet browser: Internet Explorer 11.0.
  4. When using any version of Internet Explorer, the cipher strength should be 128-bit.
Browsers such as Netscape, Opera, Firefox, and Google Chrome of any configuration cannot be used for operating in the System (only viewing is allowed).

Reasons of blocked cards can be:
1.    Defects on the bank card.
2.    Inadmissible number of wrong PIN-codes entered.

When incoming transfers from foreign banks exceeding 10,000 US dollars are credited to accounts of non-resident clients (one time or within a month). For incoming transfers from legal entities the documents confirming the origin and legality of incoming funds must be presented.
