In case of early termination of the contract of use of the safety Deposit boxes at the customer's request recalculation of the amount of the Commission is not carried out. Tariffs for the use of the safety Deposit boxes are subject to VAT.

Penalties

1. Fines for lost passbook 15 000 soums
2. Penalty for non-performance of obligations under the contract of use of the Depository cell:

The loss (damage) customer key (lock) safe Deposit box or damage the Deposit box by the customer	4 MW	At the date of the transaction
Failure to release the Deposit	For each day at the daily rate of 6.3	Upon release by the customer the Deposit within the period of the contract
