Cash can be withdrawn using Visa, Mastercard, Uzcard, and Humo cards.
In what currency cash may be withdrawn from a card at ATMs?
Within the country, cash may be withdrawn from international payment cards via ATMs only in the national currency.
For what reason might a card get stuck in an ATM?
The main reasons for a bank card retention are:
- entering the wrong PIN code three times in a row;
- bthe bank card has expired (the period of validity has passed) or is blocked;
- the bank card has mechanical damage (chip is damaged);
- delayed removal of the bank card from ATM after completing the transaction;
- ATM malfunction.
What actions need to be taken if an ATM did not return a card?
The number 1340 needs to be dialed
- Explain the situation to the operator. For example, the ATM did not return your card
- Provide the ATM ID (the number on the ATM itself)
- Provide your full name and keep the receipt, if available
